Joe began his career in insurance in February of 1989 as a field agent with Life of Georgia Insurance Company. In September of 1996, Joe left Life of Georgia and started Hill Insurance Service, an Independent Insurance Agency.

  

As an Independent Agent Joe is not limited by doing business with one company, he can show you what is available from all Insurance Companies doing business in South Carolina and North Carolina.

Your coverage may include your Employer's Health Coverage, Medicare, ACA Plans or some combination of both.  Let us show you how to transition from one to the other.  We can help.

You are eligible are for a Special Enrollment Period.  You can sign up for an ACA Plan (Affordable Care Act), and you may be entitled to a subsidy to reduce your monthly premium.  We'll show you what your options are and help you determine if your doctors are in the plan's network.  

Medicare Advantage is Part C of Medicare and is made to cover the same benefits as Part A and B of Original Medicare.  It may include Prescription Drug coverage and extra benefits such as Dental, Vision and Hearing Aids.  


Medicare Supplements work with Original Medicare Part A and B and is made to pick up the portion or your medical bills that Medicare does not cover, such as the Hospital Deductibles and Coinsurance amounts on Part B.

You need a review of your medicines each year to determine if you have the best coverage.  A Drug Plan's costs and formularies can change each year, meaning your costs can change.  Let us set up an Annual Review to make sure you have the best plan for your particular situation.
